The Profile screen displays your account information and is critical to be set up accurately for administrative and support contact, receiving reports, invoices and receipts.
In order to set up your profile, follow the steps below:
Login to your ZAP IN account dashboard from here.
From the left side panel, click on Profile located in the bottom left corner.
Navigate through the text fields and include all user details.
Click Save to save any changes made.
From your profile page, you can also access to the following administrative functions at the right panel:
Sub-account(s) management
Subscriptions (Billing) management
History - visitor data deletion controls
Integration - to third party platforms like SLACK
