Your subscription page displays an overview of relevant subscription information. It shows your current subscription plan & outlines the number of active licenses in your account.
ZAP IN requires one license per concurrent iPad access. Your access to the web-based Dashboard and Workbench is always free.
Example: if you have 5 iPads, then you'll need 5 subscriptions, allowing all to login simultaneously. The 5 iPads will display as active (green) on your Dashboard's Building Selector Panel.
To access your subscription page:
Login to your ZAP IN account from here.
From the left side panel, click on Profile located in the bottom left corner.
Make sure your Primary Point of Contact Email is filled-in. This will allow the Subscriptions page to display.
Click on Subscriptions from the top menu.
5. Click on Edit Plan to edit any current subscription information. Some changes will take effect immediately, and some will only take effect on your next renewal date. The plan that will take effect on your next renewal is shown underneath the current plan. If you pay manually instead of by automatic credit card payment, you will need to contact ZAP IN support to make changes to your plan.
You are able to cancel your subscription anytime prior to your renewal date. To cancel, press >Change on the Renewal box. This will take you to an exit survey where you can provide feedback and confirm your cancellation. Your access to your account Dashboard will stay active, however your iPad access license will stop on the renewal date. You can always access past history and reports, and should you want to re-start your subscription just come to the >Dashboard, >Profile. >Subscription page and select your preferences.
