How to add Sub-accounts

Authorize and grant levels of permissions for other users to access Dashboard and Workbench

Create and manage sub-account users.

Authorize and grant permission for sub-accounts to access:
1.) ALL or individual Buildings
2.) To make changes to the Workbench or view only Dashboard screens.

In order to add sub-accounts, follow the steps below:

  1. Login to your ZAP IN account. To login, click here. 

  2. From the left side panel, click on Profile located in the bottom left corner.  

  3. Click on Sub-accounts from the top right table.  

  4. Click on Add sub-account

5. Once you land on the page, navigate and fill in the information fields for the sub-account user. 

6. Under Buildings, set the level of access for your sub-account holders. 

7. Click Save to add the sub-account to your profile.
