ZAP IN allows you to collect your visitors vehicle information and register their status to your system. Turn the vehicle contact fields on to ensure vehicle registration of all your visitors.
In order to set information fields for visitor vehicles, follow the steps below:
Login to your ZAP IN account. To login, click here.
From the left side panel, click on the Gear icon & highlight a Building to activate the slider panel.
Click the arrow of the slider panel & select a Visitor Type (with FULL feature plan)
From Fields menu, select Vehicles.
5. Click on the icons beside the information fields to change their status to either Off, Mandatory or Optional.
6. Edit fields by overwriting the default text.
7. To receive visitor parking notifications, click Add to include multiple email addresses.
8. Click Save to enable changes on vehicle information.
