Signature Capture requires visitors to provide a digital signature upon signing in & signing out. Each signature captured, embeds a time & date stamp. This feature promotes authentication.
To enable Signature Capture, follow these steps:
Login to your ZAP IN Dashboard. To login, click here.
From the left side panel, highlight the Gear icon & then highlight a Building to activate the slider panel.
Click the tab of the slider panel & select a Visitor Type (for FULL feature subscribers)
From the Set Up menu, select Signature capture.
5. Click on the slide icon to enable signature capture upon SIGN-IN. If required, overwrite the default text to display a custom label on the sign-in screen.
6. Click on the slide icon to enable signature capture upon SIGN-OUT. If required, overwrite the default text to display a custom label on the screen.
7. Click on the slide icon to make signature capture Mandatory.
8. Click Save to enable changes.
