This feature is a tool for users to access their dashboard from their iPad device. This feature is especially useful in emergency situations to alert visitors. This feature is also handy to view visitor information on the go or to change sign-in settings.
In order to access your dashboard from the iPad, follow the steps below:
Login to your ZAP IN account. To log in, click here
From the left side panel, click on the gear icon & then click on a specific Building.
Hover your cursor over Building menu on the workbench and then click on access dashboard from app.
4. Click on the slide icon to activate the feature.
5. Click Save to access your live dashboard from your iPad device.
6. Turn on Guided Access mode from your main iPad settings to prevent visitors from accessing your private visitor dashboard.
