Badges stopped printing. Reset your printer IP

If badges stop printing, check your WIFI connection. If you WIFI is fine, reset your printer's IP address with these steps:

1.) From DASHBOARD on you laptop - go to the building panel, and press the green "start" icon beside your iPad's name. This will terminate your server session, and log off your iPad.

2.) Delete app from iPad - double press the HOME button, swipe up to close app from iPad's RAM. Find the ZAP IN icon, press and hold until it starts to wiggle, and delete.

3.) From App Store, search "ivenuto ZAP IN" -- download app

4.) Log in - Enter your ZAP IN account credentials. Your app will grab your iPad configuration and you should see a "POP UP" prompting your for your printer's IP address.

5.) With the Printer Configuration enabled, and the BADGE set to direct print, your badges should now print.
