In order to set your welcome screen, follow the steps below:
Log in to your ZAP IN account. To log in click Here. > From the left side panel, click on the gear icon & then click on a specific building.
Hover your cursor over building on the workbench and then click on welcome screen.
Now, click on show welcome text icon to enable the feature. > Fill in the Title & Subtitle. (The text added here will appear on the iPads display screen)
Select a font & font color. > Choose a ringtone for the lobby chat feature. > Add any of your own images from your laptop (supported image file types: .jpg & .png) > Select Save to set your welcome screen!
