With ZAP IN's Calendar Invites feature, you can install the Google Calendar Add-On and invite your visitors to ZAP IN Events at your buildings. You can see these Expected Visitors on your ZAP IN Dashboard and they can pre-register for their visit.
For someone to use the Google Calendar Add-On, their email address must be associated with a ZAP IN account. This "association" could be that their email address is the ZAP IN master account or a subaccount, or that they are in the Here-To-See Directory.
Additionally, you can associate all of the accounts in your Google Workspace with your ZAP IN account by completing the Google Workspace Integration.
Sign in to your ZAP IN Dashboard and click "Profile" in the bottom left
Click "Integration" in the top menu
Scroll down to "Google" and click "Integrate". A page from Google should open¹. Sign in with the Google account of your choice².
Return to the ZAP IN Dashboard. You should now see a green "Connected" message in the Google integration box.
Follow the Calendar Invites instructions to finish setting up the Google Calendar Add-On for your workspace.
¹ ZAP IN never receives your Google password.
² You do not have to use the email address that you made the ZAP IN account with. Make sure to use an account that has access to the directory list in your Google Workspace.
Please Note: At this time, Google does not support third-party integration with the list of names in your Google Workspace directory. We look forward to creating a Google Workspace integration with the Here-To-See feature once it is possible.
