Please note: your Dashboard access and ZAP IN app access passwords are the same.
To reset your password:
Go to the login page by clicking on this link ZAP IN dashboard or if on an iPad, click on Forgot Password.
Add the email address associated with the Account > Click on Reset Password
A verification email will be sent. Open the email, and follow the instructions in the email to access the new password reset page.
Type in a new password and re-type the same password in the Confirm password field. Click on Save password.
